Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Stephanie’s services and by booking an appointment you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated below.
If you do not agree to the Terms &Conditions the appointment will be terminated and any other future appointments will be cancelled.

I may request a 20% deposit to secure your booking which must be paid before your treatment. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or cash. The deposit will be deducted from your bill after your treatment.
The deposit can be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before, you have 24 hours to re-arrange your next appointment and the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.
Any appointment that is cancelled 24 hours before the appointment the deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable. If you wish to book another appointment with Stephanie, then a 50% deposit will be required.
Bridal Make-up Deposits
To secure your wedding make-up with Stephanie a £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to hold the date for you before your trial. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your wedding. This allows me to secure your wedding date in my diary.
After your trial, a deposit is required within 24 hours, then the date will be released to other brides. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
Your final wedding payment is to be made prior to your wedding so that the funds will be cleared.
When I do wedding parties, the bride and her bridal party are my number one priority. I do not take any other bookings or appointments that day. The bride and her bridal party will get my undivided attention and focus.
You are required to have a patch test if you wish to have any eyebrow or eyelash tinting. The patch test is required 48 hours before the treatment. Refusal to have a patch test means I will not be able to carry out the service. Patch testing is required every 3-6 months depending on the tint brand. It is your duty to inform me if you have had a reaction to the patch test.
If you have any of these reactions, then unfortunately I will not be able to carry out the treatment.
Please take the time to answer health questions correctly and if you are unsure of any questions please contact me. It is a requirement that I ask clients to fill out health questionnaires so I can carry out consultations and ensure the treatment is suitable for the client.
Purchase of Retail Products
If you wish to purchase retail products they must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or when the order is being processed.
If you need to cancel your appointment, I require 48 hours notice.
In the current climate now, it may be waived to 24 hours depending on the circumstances. If a deposit was taken and you do not wish to re-book, then the deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours. If you would like to rebook you have 24 hours to rebook your appointment and the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. If you cancel 24 hours or less, then the 20% deposit will not be refunded.
If you wish to rebook again then a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required before a future booking can be secured. If you are not home when your appointment is due the full cost of the appointment must be paid in full. If part of your treatment is cancelled or changed after my arrival the full cost of all the treatments must be paid. If you are late for your appointment this may result in a reduced amount of time spent on the treatment, but the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
I must work on a very tight schedule and when I am working on my client, I ask that they remain seated/ lying down during their appointment. Frequent departure from the appointment will reduce the amount of time I am able to spend on the treatment. This may result in the treatment being incomplete. If I am unable to complete the treatment in the scheduled time because of this then I may have to return to finish the treatment. There will be a fee incurred if I must return to complete the treatment.
How to Cancel your Appointment
There are a couple of ways you can cancel your appointment. The first way is to cancel through my online system called Ovatu. Before your appointment you will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment. There will be an option to cancel your appointment. You can also call me on 07824 880574 or e-mail me at email@example.com.
If you have any changes in medication, new allergies or new medical conditions please inform me when you book in with me next. This may affect your treatment and I am required to know so I can safely carry out treatments.
I do book in Sunday appointments for large bookings of £50 or above. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Sunday appointment. I require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your Sunday appointment.
If I Must Cancel
If I am not able to carry out your treatment for reasons beyond my control, I have the right to transfer your booking to an alternative date. If I must cancel your appointment or move it to another date, I will contact you be telephone.
I do not offer refunds on services that have been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your treatment/ my service, please contact me. We can try to work together to find a way to resolve any issues you may have.
If you have any chips or lifts 48 hours after your gel manicure, I will fix them free of charge. After that time frame you will be charged £3 per nail for the repairs.
Children Present at Appointments
During appointments if children at present I kindly ask that they do not sit on their parent during manicure or waxing or tinting treatments. I also ask that the children do not touch my equipment too. This is for health and safety reasons and my insurance policies too.
I am a mother myself and I understand the juggle it can be to have children. If your child becomes unwell or distressed during your appointment, we can re-arrange the appointment. There will not be an additional fee.
Any child under the age of 16 are required to fill out a parent consent form. Parents/guardians must be present during the child’s appointment. Bio Sculpture Evo gel can not be applied to any children under the age of 16.
I review my pricing annually. If there are any price increases due to inflation or increase of manufacturer you will be notified before your appointment.
Special Offers and Promotions
From time to time, I run special offers. The offers are always within a time frame and need to be booked within this time. If the appointment is changed or moved by the client after the promotion has finished, then the promotional price is invalid. Therefore, full price will be charged for their appointment.
Unfortunately, I do not offer discounts for large group bookings, multiple treatments booked by the same person, Students, key workers, or senior citizens. My pricing is fair and competitive within the market. I feel if I were to do this it would be unfair to my loyal customers. However, I do run discounted special offers from time to time.
