To book an appointment with Stephanie Frances Beauty an online consultation form will need to be filled in.

To book a Childrens’ Pamper Party please complete a Booking form and pay £50 deposit here. Please read the Childrens’ Pamper Parties Terms & Conditions before you book and pay. You can see more details on the Childrens’ Pamper Parties page of this website.

Booking Fee

To secure an appointment with Stephanie Frances Beauty a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required.

Payment must be made within 24 hours otherwise the appointment will automatically be cancelled. Payment can be made via sum-up, bank transfer or cash.

Working Hours

Mobile Hours: Monday – Thursday 9.30am-3pm term time

Home Salon hours: Wednesday – Saturday

School holiday hours: 3 days a week 9.30am-5pm (days will vary depending on demand)

Call Out Fee

Bookings will no longer be subject to a call out fee. Any call out bookings require a minimum spend of £30 per visit.

Payments

My preferred method of payments are Sum Up (Mobile Card Terminal) and cash.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer the payment must be made before the appointment on the day. I cannot accept bank transfers after the appointment as I have to leave quickly due to being mobile.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment I require 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is given the booking fee can be transferred to your next appointment. Failure to give 48 hours notice will mean your booking fee will become forfeited.

Due to the nature of my job it is difficult to fill the appointment spots unless I have enough notice. Thank you.
