After Care Advice for Waxing

Please follow care instructions to ensure you get the best out of your treatment and your skin is looked after. After the hair removal there may be slight soreness, small bumps, redness there are normal reactions to hair removal. Aloe Vera cream, ice or antiseptic will help to alleviate this

• Please keep the waxed area clean and avoid heat and friction for the next 24 hours (tight fitted clothing, saunas, hot baths and showers)
• Please shower/bath in lukewarm water only
• No saunas, hot tubs, sunbeds or steam rooms for 48 hours
• No fake tan must be applied for at least 48 hours
• Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools for 48 hours
• Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions, perfumed products or other products to treated area for 48 hours
• Do not undertake skin care treatments within 48 hours of having waxing
• For the best results book in for regular waxing appointments every 4-6 weeks
• Hair needs to be 5mm long before it can be waxed
• Exfoliate 1-2 times a week
• Moisturise 1-2 times a day
